Buy ZINC SULPHATE MONO HYDRATE
Manufacturer Of Micronutrients In India
Zinc Sulphate Mono Hydrate is a highly concentrated, premium micronutrient fertilizer. Unlike the Hepta Hydrate version, this formula contains less water molecules, meaning it packs a much bigger punch with 33% pure Zinc and 15% Sulphur. Because it is highly concentrated, you need to apply less product per acre to get the exact same powerful growth-boosting results, making it highly cost-effective for smart farming.
Here is the standard breakdown of our high-strength material:
Look and Feel: Free-Flowing, Creamish-White Powder or Granules
Zinc Content (as Zn): 33.0% minimum
Sulphur Content (as S): 15.0% minimum
Matter Insolubles in Water: 1.0% maximum
pH (5% Solution): Slightly acidic (usually between 4.5 to 6.0)
High-Concentration Efficiency: Containing 33% Zinc means you use less product weight per acre. This saves you money on transport, storage, and field labor.
The Growth Spark Plug: Zinc is critical for the plant to manufacture Auxins (essential growth hormones). It drives stem elongation, root development, and overall plant height.
Fixes Stunted Leaf Growth: It instantly cures "Little Leaf" and "Khaira" disease, expanding the leaf surface area so plants can absorb more sunlight and produce more food.
Bonus High Sulphur: Delivers 15% Sulphur, which works in tandem with the Zinc to improve protein synthesis, enhance crop flavor/oil content, and maintain a rich green color.
Best Crops: Heavily used for Paddy (Rice), Wheat, Maize (Corn), Sugarcane, Cotton, Fruit Orchards (Citrus, Apple), and commercial vegetable crops like Potatoes and Onions.
How to Apply: Perfect for soil broadcasting during field preparation, or completely dissolved in water for fast-acting foliar sprays and drip irrigation systems.
The Mix: Mix 2 to 3 grams of Zinc Sulphate Mono Hydrate per 1 litre of clean water (a 0.2% to 0.3% solution).
Important Tip: Because this 33% version is highly concentrated, keep the dosage lower than the Hepta version. To guarantee 100% safety against leaf-burn, always mix it with half the quantity of lime or a small amount of Urea before spraying.
Soil Broadcasting (Basal Dose): About 5 kg to 10 kg per acre (compared to 15-25 kg of Hepta). Mix it thoroughly with sand or well-rotted farmyard manure (FYM) for an even spread across the field during sowing or land preparation.
Drip Irrigation (Fertigation): 1.5 to 2.5 kg per acre per round during active vegetative growth periods.
Please keep in mind that these dosages are just standard, broad guidelines. Farming isn't one-size-fits-all! The exact amount your crops need can vary wildly from soil to soil, region to region, and customer to customer depending on your local climate, water quality, and soil pH (alkaline, lime-rich, or highly waterlogged soils lock up zinc extremely fast).
Test, Don't Guess: Since this product is highly concentrated, a little goes an exceptionally long way. Over-applying zinc can block the plant from taking up Phosphorus. We always highly recommend a local soil test or consulting with a certified agronomist before starting a large-scale program.
Storage and Mixing Tips: Store in a cool, dry warehouse and keep bags tightly sealed. Never mix Zinc Sulphate Mono Hydrate directly with Phosphatic fertilizers (like DAP, NPK, or SSP) in the same spray tank or irrigation line, as they will react chemically to form a thick sludge that clogs filters and drip nozzles.
Our Liability: Because we cannot control weather patterns, individual soil chemistry, or how a customer stores, blends, and applies the product on-field, we provide this high-purity agricultural material but cannot guarantee final crop yields or performance. Final results are in nature's hands
